The Longing Arms Retreat is a half-day gathering dedicated to supporting adults who carry grief related to infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, or the absence of a deeply hoped-for child. This retreat acknowledges both visible and invisible losses and honors the reality of grief rooted in longing, love, and interrupted dreams.
Held at the quiet and grounding setting of The Wellness Farm Foundation, the retreat offers a supportive environment where participants can be witnessed without comparison, fixing, or expectation. Through gentle education and guided experiences, the retreat creates space for reflection, rest, and connection.
The retreat includes guided learning around grief, longing, and the nervous system; time in nature and connection with farm animals; mindfulness practices, reflection, and gentle movement; a meaningful ritual of remembrance; and a simple creative offering to take home. Together, these elements offer a compassionate and holistic approach to honoring loss.
This retreat provides a respectful and supportive space where there is no right way to feel and no timeline to follow. Silence, tears, and love are all welcome.
