Patti Merrill will be speaking at the March 1st Sunday Fireside, sharing a message titled “When Comfort Means Staying: Mourning with Those Who Mourn.”

In this evening gathering, Patti will reflect on what it means to remain present with others through grief and loss. Drawing from her personal experience as a bereaved mother and widow, as well as her work as a volunteer chaplain and founder of The Waiting Place, she will explore how comfort is often found not in fixing or explaining pain, but in staying.
